European Seminars in 2011

Paul Whitrod Sifu is having seminars in Europe starting with Sweden.
Anyone who would like to participate in any of the seminars is welcome.

Squad training for li tei competition in October

Squad training training at the school will be starting in June on Fridays and Tuesdays and Saturdays.
If you wish to participate, please bring gumshield, groin protector, head guard. Although we have head gear, pads and gloves at the school you are advised to buy your own also.
Training will be centered on san sau skills, take downs, elbows....

(Rules, Li tei fights are similar to fights that use to take place in China between masters of gung fu, on a high plate form stage that purposely was built and anyone could fight or try their luck. These were out lawed in china and in Hong kong shortly after the 2nd world war. Li tie (Li tek) is based on that, with the exception of Gloves and headgear that is now used.
